As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you are the face of our venue—the first point of contact and the first smile guests see when they walk through the doors. Your mission? Make every guest feel welcome, excited, and confident they’re about to have a great time.
This isn’t just a front desk job—it’s an experience-making role. You’ll help guests check in, answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure everything at the front of house runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently. You’ll be a key player in creating an upbeat, fun, and memorable environment from the very beginning of the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with enthusiasm, friendliness, and professionalism
- Assist with check-ins, waivers, reservations, and general inquiries
- Provide clear and helpful information about the venue, promotions, and safety rules
- Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and stocked with necessary materials
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth flow of guests and operations
- Resolve issues or escalate concerns to a manager as needed
- Be proactive in creating fun and positive moments for guests
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment for guests of all ages
What We’re Looking For:
- A naturally friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who is dependable and takes initiative
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus—but not required
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
