What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of front-of-house support staff to deliver next-level service
- Ensure smooth day-to-day hospitality operations across the venue
- Handle guest feedback, concerns, and in-the-moment recoveries with professionalism and care
- Schedule staff efficiently based on venue traffic, ensuring coverage and cost control
- Monitor and maintain service quality standards, cleanliness, and vibe across the venue
- Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of hospitality management or supervisory experience
- A confident, people-first leader who leads by example and builds strong team culture
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong time management abilities
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-energy environments with a cool head and warm smile
- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and labor
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms, POS systems, and basic office software
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
