What You’ll Do:
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools
- Keep dish station, sinks, and surrounding areas clean and organized
- Maintain proper sanitation and follow all health and safety guidelines
- Assist with trash removal and kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift
- Help the kitchen team by restocking clean items and jumping in when needed
- Support other back-of-house duties to keep service flowing
