As a Shift Supervisor, you’re the captain of the shift. You’ll keep things running smoothly, support your team, and make sure the guest experience is on point from open to close.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
- Be the go-to problem solver, energy booster, and team motivator
- Ensure smooth transitions between shifts and maintain service consistency
- Monitor guest satisfaction and step in to resolve any issues quickly and professionally
- Support training and coaching of new and existing team members
- Keep your team accountable to service standards, cleanliness, and safety
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, events, and hospitality teams
- Help maintain stock levels and assist with light administrative duties
- Lead by example in service, attitude, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment leadership (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Positive, hands-on attitude—you’re not above doing the dirty work
- Dependable, organized, and cool under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
