As a Prep Cook, you’re the behind-the-scenes MVP, keeping our kitchen running smoothly, our ingredients fresh, and our dishes consistently crave-worthy. You help set the stage for the magic to happen.
What You’ll Do:
- Prep fresh ingredients and portion items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked prep and storage areas
- Assist line cooks and chefs as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Stay ahead of the pace by keeping items ready and stations stocked

- Work efficiently and accurately, even when things get busy
- Help with basic kitchen tasks like labeling, dating, and rotating inventory
What We’re Looking For:
- Some kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but we’ll train the right team player
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality
- Must be reliable, organized, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
