Be the Backbone of the Guest Experience

Our guests may not always see what you do—but they always feel the difference. As part of the Grounds Crew, you’re essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment. From spotless bathrooms to well-stocked equipment and tidy landscaping, your attention to detail helps create the best possible experience for every visitor, every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across all guest areas, including tee-lines, restrooms, and event spaces
  • Ensure ball dispensers are cleaned, filled, and functioning properly
  • Perform regular cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the day, including floors, windows, and high-touch surfaces
  • Support evening closing duties and weekly deep cleaning schedules
  • Conduct routine inspections and light maintenance of equipment, bays, and club holders
  • Assist with basic landscaping and outdoor upkeep, including weed control and ball collection
  • Help keep maintenance areas clean, stocked, and well-organized

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay organized and work independently
  • Comfortable with physical labor, cleaning tasks, and light maintenance
  • Reliable, responsible, and committed to keeping things running smoothly
  • Previous janitorial, maintenance, or groundskeeping experience is a plus—but not required
