At Crush Golf + Grill, our Caddies aren’t just helpers, they’re the first impression of the experience. From the moment guests arrive at their tee box, you set the tone for the fun.
You’ll walk guests to their bay, get them comfortable, show them how the games work, and introduce them to our golf technology in a way that’s simple, exciting, and easy to understand. You’re the go-to guide who helps everyone feel confident – whether it’s their first swing or their hundredth.
Once the game is rolling, you’ll smoothly hand guests off to their server, making sure the transition feels seamless and the energy stays high.
If you bring positive vibes, clear communication, and love helping people have a great time, you’ll fit right in at Crush.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with energy and walk them to their assigned tee box
- Get guests settled and ready to play
- Clearly explain how the games work in a fun, simple, and engaging way
- Introduce and demonstrate Crush’s golf technology
- Answer basic questions about gameplay, scoring, and features
- Create a welcoming, upbeat first impression of the Crush experience
- Ensure the bay is clean, organized, and ready for play
- Smoothly hand guests off to their server once they’re set up
- Maintain communication with servers and team members to keep the experience seamless
- Keep the vibe high and the fun rolling from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
- A naturally upbeat, friendly personality — you bring the energy
- Confident communicators who can explain things clearly and simply
- Someone comfortable speaking to small groups and leading the experience
- Team players who work well with servers and other staff
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout your shift
- Basic knowledge of golf is a plus — but enthusiasm and coachability matter more
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
