What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items to spec with consistency and care
- Work closely with fellow kitchen team members to ensure timely service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Jump in to support the team in other areas as needed, from events to dish duty
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
- Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Positive attitude and ability to stay cool under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
